Assalamualaikum and hello! I'm a private tutor, Quran teacher, lifelong learner, and an advocate for personalized education.
I believe every child is capable of learning—the key is finding the right approach. Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching primary school students from diverse learning backgrounds, including children with special educational needs, as well as guiding children in their Quranic learning.
To me, education isn't about making every child fit into the same box. It's about understanding them, meeting them where they are, and helping them grow with confidence.

How much does tuition at Kelas Zai Karim cost?
Academic tuition is RM30 per hour for each subject (Mathematics, Bahasa Melayu, English, Science). Quran classes are RM50 per month. Fees may vary with the number of sessions per week — ask the teacher on WhatsApp for the full package.
Which subjects are taught?
Kelas Zai Karim teaches all core primary school subjects — Mathematics, Bahasa Melayu, English and Science — plus Quran classes: Iqra' 1 to 6, basic tajwid, and memorisation of short surahs for daily prayers.
Are classes held in person or online?
Classes run in small groups at a home-based learning centre, or online. The online option lets students anywhere in Malaysia join the class.
Does the teacher have experience with special educational needs?
Yes. Cikgu Zai has experience guiding primary school students from diverse learning backgrounds, including children with special educational needs, with an approach adapted to each child.
How do I register or book a slot?
Open the Schedule page to see which slots are still open, then click a slot to message the teacher directly on WhatsApp. There is no long registration form — the teacher replies personally and arranges a trial session.
What ages or levels is this for?
Tuition is for primary school students, Year 1 to Year 6. Quran classes are open to all levels, starting from Iqra' 1.
What language are classes taught in?
The teacher teaches in both Bahasa Melayu and English, depending on each student's comfort and needs.
How many students are in a class?
Classes run in small groups so every student gets full attention and can ask questions without feeling shy. Parents are also kept updated on their child's progress.
